It was a great experience. I along with my family spent two weeks in Makarem mina. It had free bus services from the hotel to haram and back from haram to the hotel. The hotel staff also gave us daily necessary supplies such as tea, coffee, shampoo, body wash,sugar, water e.t.c..The area around the hotel was facilitated. The location is very peaceful and the view of our room was beautiful. The staff was very polite and nice. They took quick actions on any sort of complaints and suggestions .The hotel is gorgeous as well as comfy and clean. It gave the vibes of our own home.I would surely like to come again Inshallah.

Good clean hotel very spacious room Good medium firm mattress.staff very helpful and kind receptionist can speak fluent English and they are very helpful.Restaurant are near the hotel easy to eat out or get takeaway.Free shuttle service from outside of hotel to masjid Al haram and from haram to hotel.Staff Arifuzaman,Zahidul Islam,Farhad were very helpful and gave excellent customer service .

I had a wonderful stay at Makarem Mina Hotel in Mecca! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my visit truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Rubel, who was incredibly helpful. He provided me with transportation details and clear local directions, which made navigating Mecca so much easier. His professionalism and kindness stood out, and I truly appreciated his assistance. The staff's hospitality, great service, and the hotel's convenience make this a perfect choice for anyone visiting Mecca. I highly recommend it and wlill definitely return! lf you are coming from USA, use this hotel. It's affordable and well maintained hotel like USA

Nice and clean. Staffs from the receptionist to room servers all are professional. Receptionist, Ms Dias, very soft and sweet spoken person who welcomed us offered all services that management provides. Housekeeping person, Mr Mohammed Arif, was wonderful person. Any time I needed any supplies and dial zero from room phone he was always there with ample supplies.

The staff are wonderful. The location was great . They have indoor parking which was great. Continues bus trip's to AlHarram.

It is said 1st impression is the last impression and our 1st impression especially at reception (Miss Ahad Adnan) was very good and the overall facilities didn't disappoint us either. We selected the Triple bedroom option. The room wes spacious, comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were smiling faces , had a pleasant personality and everyone was cooperative. Definitely this hote will be our 1st choice for our next visit INSHALLAH.

Very comfortable uncrowded feel to the hotel. Rooms were really big and well furnished. Located very close to loads of shops and food outlets. Staff were all very welcoming. The guy with the essence at the door was amazing.

it was really clean. The transport was convenient. though the choice of route was not always in the drivers hand. The drivers were both very cooperative and accomodating. The reception staff though with minor language barriers were always very accommodating & helpful.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and shuttle bus services are available 24/7. All the staff provided friendly and helpful service, especially the receptionist Riyad who provided excellent service and kindly arranged an early check-in for us. Thank you to the entire team.

Reception team, housekeeping staff, location and size of the room were great. Bus service was good for going to Haram. For return, there is an additional option to take Saptco bus from Haram to a bus stop near hotel.
